We recorded and analysed literally hundreds of hours of in-home play to find out how Mattel could design for the connected generation.
We developed an interactive video library of clips which allowed product teams to search for specific examples to inform their designs.
Our delivery also included a number of method cards which captured design patterns leading to positive play experiences, and anti-patterns that cause frustration.
