Research Manager

Our Market Research team is committed to enhancing the understanding and growth of brands targeting kids and families and boasts strategic alliances with industry giants like Paramount, Google, Netflix, BBC, and Mattel. Being pioneers in gleaning insights about children’s behaviours, needs, and wants, our team has played a pivotal role in spearheading innovative projects, thereby positively influencing young lives across the globe.

As a Market Research Manager, you will be entrusted with the essential role of managing the entire market research process from conception to delivery. From the initial briefing stage to proposal writing, you will diligently navigate each step, ensuring a smooth progression. With your expertise, you will skill-fully design suitable methodologies, conduct thorough fieldwork, perform meticulous analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to present your findings to clients, effectively conveying the valuable insights you have uncovered. As a Research Manager, you will find fulfilment in the challenging yet rewarding nature of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the entire research process, from initial briefing to the delivery of final reports.
  • Developing and implementing suitable research methodologies.
  • Conducting fieldwork, in-depth data analysis, and report writing.
  • Delivering persuasive presentations to our clients.
  • Utilising a range of qualitative research methods such as face-to-face groups, in-home immersions, online forums, and remote depth interviews.
  • Providing market intelligence and insights into competitive performance of products and services.
  • Supporting Directors on proposals and pitches.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a skilled moderator, with qualitative research experience being essential.
  • A keen interest or background in quantitative research will be looked upon favourably.
  • Ability to deep-dive into data, analyse it to a high standard and develop compelling methods to communicate insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, using initiative and showcasing excellent attention to detail.
  • Exemplary client care and project management skills, with a record of delivering and presenting high-quality work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.


Additional Requirements:

  • The role will require travel, both domestically and internationally.
  • Due to the nature of qualitative research, there will be times when you will be expected to work evenings and weekends, although we always aim to provide time back in lieu.
