It is important that you read this notice so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information. This privacy notice describes how we collect and use personal data about you or your child during and after any relationship with us, in accordance with data protection law. Please read this Notice carefully, and if you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to read it too and to explain things to you if anything isn't clear.  Whilst we have a game on Oculus, we are not affiliated with Oculus or Meta in any way and are not responsible for their use of personal data. WHO ARE WE?

Dubit makes games for the Metaverse, kids and for eSports. We've been in this space for over 20 years when we created the first virtual world for teenagers in Flash, and numerous massively multiplayer games since then.

Now working across Roblox, Minecraft, Oculus, and Core, our teams have the experience and the capabilities to take IPs and brands into the Metaverse and engage this growing audience.

WHAT IS "PERSONAL DATA"?

When we talk about “personal data”, we mean any information which relates to an identifiable living individual. This includes a name, email address, user name, an ID number, location data, an online identifier (such as an IP address) or to other things that are specific to a person, such as their physical appearance.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL DUBIT COLLECT AND HOW WILL WE USE IT?


Dubit collects no data directly through our Oculus apps. None of the information you add into our apps is shared beyond your device. Oculus provides Dubit with analytics that are stripped of personal data. For more information, see Meta’s Privacy Policy.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

If you are subscribed to the Newsletter we will keep these contact details until you unsubscribe, whereby we will immediately remove your data from our systems.

If you have emailed us with an enquiry, we will hold onto this data until we have satisfactorily responded to your query or while you are in discussions with us about working together.

Once we begin working together, we will hold your data for as long as you are a client, and for six months after, in case of follow up work. Once the dialogue or client relationship has come to a conclusion, we will remove your data from our systems after six months.

If we ever intend to keep your data for any longer than this we will make this clear to you.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

We do not sell or share your personal data with partner games or Oculus.We do not receive personal data from partner games.We do not receive personal data from Oculus.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

We will only keep user information for as long as we need to in order to provide you access to our services, unless we tell you otherwise or if the law needs us to keep it for longer. Your information can only be seen by people who work for us or provide us with services. Your personal information will be stored within the USA and governed by contractual obligations between Dubit and our storage service provider.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
